1066 Gym in Bexhill has been enjoyed by a different set of students in term 3. Jumping, swinging, running, rope climbing and football with a rather large ball: just some of the activities experienced. It has been great to see some of that excess energy used so productively, individually and working together.

You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting; this is without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles. Rebounding outperforms swimming as an all round exercise.
