"Thank you to you and all your staff team for making it such a special day (festival) for the children and their parents and foster parents. I was particularly impressed with the band and all the children that got up on the stage and performed, this demonstrates how safe the children feel and this can not be underestimated, a great achievement that is totally down to you (Caroline) and your staff team."
TR Director of Education
"Happiness and joy everywhere, impressive numbers of parents, old students and excited children. I thought the organisation and hard work shone through both days. All the staff involved should be congratulated for their determination, and commitment, to the children in their care...(festival)"

"This is a lovely catalogue highlighting some of the very exciting activities that staff and children have engaged in over the term. it is lovely to see how the academic curriculum came to life through trips and out of classroom learning- and i can tell from the pupils feedback that this along with fantastic relationship with staff made their school experience positive and meaningful. Great Headteacher's message!!
Thank you for all you do to lead and drive such a successful school within the Polaris Community."
KM Managing Director of Education
"Thank you to you. I recognise how amazing you are and I wanted to let you know that! You are an amazing anchor for your team, One of the best Heads I’ve ever had the pleasure to work/liaise with. As the parent/carer to a young person who has the complexities of behaviour like our child has, I am forever grateful to the people who work with him on the ground floor."

"I thought I would tell you about mine and P's trip to the doctor yesterday...
It was a routine ADHD check up which was quick and easy BUT the lovely part was the Doctor said to P “you actually look happy P, what’s been going on?”. P proceeded to communicate clearly and positively about her life now, her school, her friends and how happy she is. I explained CAMHS were no longer involved as there is no current need.
This visit was like night and day compared to other Doctors visits where we leave stressed, upset, confused and angry.
Our lives, not just P's, have been transformed! The four years long battle with the LA has resulted in my child being able to be happy! So thank you to all of you, and please share my gratitude to other staff I have not included. Your praise, guidance, stability, nurture and communication have brightened her life. From the bottom of our hearts thank you."

"The school has a great atmosphere and the displays throughout the school were really nice. The facilities for the kids such as the sensory rooms were really impressive, plenty of space and calm. The classrooms were bright and welcoming and the support levels and small classrooms are ideal for G to get the help and coaching she needs. There seems to be a really good breadth of subjects, activities and trips on offer..."

"You have an amazing school and even though K can be a pain in the bitt, you have all really changed him...kids with additional needs have been failed by the system so much, your school gives them the chance to achieve their goals."

"One of my previous young people attended when the school initially opened. The first intake were involved in creating the school uniform etc. I am a great fan of ISP School Battle and their amazing ethos. All special schools should learn from their model."

"Thank you again for taking the time to show us round your school, we found your drive and dedication to your work and your pupils to be really refreshing and such a positive, it won't come as any surprise to you when I say that over the years I have grown increasingly despondent and disillusioned by the education system and the people in it, so, thank you for giving me back some hope that there are still people out there who genuinely want the best for our children and want them to succeed."
Prospective Parent
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you at ISP School Battle. It has been an absolute privilege. I have learnt and grown so much as a practitioner whilst at the school and it is, in no small part, due to the excellent team that you have here. They truly are a therapeutic community and one that I have been proud, and lucky, to be a part of. It has been amazing to witness, and be a part of, the birth of a new school. The transformation and integration of the children here has been incredible."

"Thank you for inviting me to join your open day at the Battle school. I really enjoyed the tour and seeing how much work has been done by you and your team to get pupils into a routine. You obviously have a great relationship with your pupils and their respect for you and each other was obvious. Thank you for the honour of joining your community meeting. You must be very proud of what you have achieved so far."

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself and ISP staff in supporting AS in his first term at school with you. It's been a huge relief to have AS come home so happy and to hear he is enjoying school for the first time in a long time! Despite being tired (which he will overcome) it's wonderful to see my child accessing learning again in an environment where adults are kind caring and understanding of his needs, so THANKYOU! I'm super grateful to all of you who have supported A."
Parents of male child AS
"Thank you to adult KS for the update.
Very good to hear this.
The team at OFH are enjoying working with E and all of the ISP team.
It's pleasing to be working with positive, open communication between professionals."

Post the Head Teacher emailing all parents and foster parents regarding an adult changing his appearance, the Head Teacher received this response from a parent:
"Just a quick email to say thank you, and how refreshing it is to see something like this being given consideration. I can't think of many schools who would even think for a second about the fact that there are some children who would find this unsettling and would need the heads up."
