The school explored remembrance through lessons and an assembly. They discussed who we remember and why, how it is still relevant today.

On Thursday 11th November, children and adults explored remembrance through lessons and an assembly. They discussed who we remember and why, how it is still relevant today, and the different symbols around memorial and remembrance. As a community, the school collectively wrote a poem around the prompt ‘Why we remember’, and this was added to by our resident Year 9 Poet who wrote an incredible poem independently.
